Sake - Interiors & Drink

























































The Pink Blossom

Strawberries, citrus fruits & passionfruit are smashed & combined

with mouth-watering umeshu (Japanese plum wine) & a splash of

cranberry juice. Kampai!


I was told this was the mildest cocktail - it was pretty refreshing! Would definitely have it again.

Sake - Part I





































































* crispy chicken kara-age fried chicken pieces served with salsa & sauces

* tonkatsu cups 4 pieces of panko-fried pork belly & spring-onion bites,whiting served in lettuce cups with mustard miso and Japanese barbecue sauce

* Kushiyaki (grilled skewers) - zucchini & beef

* nixon grilled eel, cream cheese, cucumber & tempura crunch with jalapeno mayo

* chirashi salad yuzu-dressed sashimi pieces, crunchy salad mix, thin noodles, sliced sushi omelette & flying fish roe, topped with with daikon tsuma & tempura crunch

* green-apple mille feuille green-apple mousse with layers of crispy thin pastry & apple vanilla syrup

* chocolate fondant with white-sesame ice-cream warm chocolate pudding with sesame ice-cream & black sesame tuile

* coconut panacotta
